Marc Gibbons

Marc Gibbons joined Swiss Financial Advisers AG (former Vontobel Swiss Wealth Advisors AG) in 2015. Before being appointed as the Head Geneva Office in October 2018, he worked as a Senior Advisor. Marc has started working in the financial services industry in 1995.

Prior to joining SFA, Marc Gibbons was a Senior Private Banker, North America with Royal Bank of Canada (Suisse) in Geneva from January 2008 until May 2015. From May 2006 to January 2008, Marc Gibbons was a Senior Client Advisor with Royal Bank of Canada in Calgary, Canada. From January 2005 to May 2006, he was in the role of Wealth Management Specialist with RBC Dominion Securities in Calgary, Canada. From November 2002 to January 2005, he was a Regional Financial Planning Consultant with Royal Bank of Canada in Calgary, Canada. From February 2000 to November 2002, Marc Gibbons was Manager Education Services for TE Financial Consultants Ltd. in Calgary, Canada. From December 1991 to February 2002, he held several asset management client-facing positions at Standard Life Assurance Co in Montreal, Canada.

Marc Gibbons studied at Bishops University and Concordia University in Quebec Canada towards a BA in psychology. Marc Gibbons has completed the Canadian Securities Course, and holds the Certified Financial Planner designation from the Financial Planning Standards Council of Canada.
