However, if you are not able to reach an amicable solution with Vontobel SFA through this process, you can contact the Verein Ombudsstelle Finanzdienstleister (OFD). This is the Ombudsman service responsible for complaints against Vontobel SFA in Switzerland, and it is a neutral information and mediation agency.
